Shalifrancais is a three year old gelding who has just competed in the Young Irelander in Millstreet. He has an exceptional temperament with floating paces, and very carful over his jumps. Shalifrancais has the potential to make a top class event horse in the right hands.
Shalifrancais’ grand sire Le tot De Semilly is the sire of numerous showjumpers performing at Olympic Level and was winner of numerous 5* FEI competitions and winner of the global champion tour in 2012.
Shalifrancais’ grand dam Virginea Wolfa was a half bred irish mare who was winner of RDS Breeders championship with Diamond Lad Colt. She was also dam of Boherdeel Clover who jumped on Irish Army team.
Shalifrancais’ dam Shalimar was a purebred Arabian who was prize winner in hand. Her sire Dhruv was top endurance racing sire in Great Britain for a number of years. Dam Shalimar is now back endurance racing representing Ireland.
