Assagart My First Hope, ‘El’ is a 6-year-old (2015) 17hh Irish Sport Horse gelding. He is a well-balanced, excellent mover with a scopey, elevated jump. He was allowed to mature, was broken in as a 4.5 yo and started competing only in March 2021 due to Covid. He’s currently training at 110-120 cm level at home and competing at 100 cm level. Expected to compete at 110 cm level in June and 120 cm level in the autumn. 130 cm next spring.
Fairly straightforward to ride in showjumping. Fillers, water trays or ‘spooky fences’ are not a problem. However, he’s a big, powerful horse with very little mileage so he requires an experienced rider.
Vaccinations and worming up-to-date, teeth done in January 2021. Videos taken in May 2021. The horse will continue his training and competing until sold.
