Premier Harclo was awarded ‘Select’ status in the Irish Sport Horse Studbook following her participation in the Horse Sport Ireland mare inspections.
“Tolan R competed up to 1.50m level with Anne-Liza Makkinga. The duo placed well in competitions including the CSI3* shows in Lommel and Kapellen as well as the CSI2* show in Zuidwolde. Showjumping progeny include Vanquer sold to the stable of Dutch Team rider Leon Tyjson, Lanaken finalist Cocq A Doodle can now be seen at Grand Prix level under Andrew Ramsay in the US and the talented Brightly competed with two-time Olympic team Gold medallist Mclain Ward prior to be purchased by Eden Valley Stables.
Tolan R is establishing himself as a dual-purpose sire through his eventing progeny which include Arco BB, Choices BB and Dolan T (Deo Volente) sold for €28,000 at the KWPN event horse sale at Boekelo in 2013. 2015 saw Arco BB make his eventing Nations Cup debut while Dolan T went on to represent Team Great Britain at FEI World Breeding Eventing Championships for Young Horses.” http://www.robertsonequine.com/tolanr/
Dam sire, Harlequin du Carel, is a dual purpose sire and Approved in the Irish Sport Horse Studbook. His international eventing offspring include Boleybawn Ace, Cooley Business Time, Rehy Too, The Court Jester, etc. Showjumping offspring include Fernhill Curra Quinn, Dorada, Satonamillion, Corrib House, etc.
Grand dam, Premier Clover Water, is a half sister to CNC2* eventer Air Tel. The extended damline has produced eventers Pingin Bear (CIC2*), Irish Odyssey (CCI2*) & Sky Diamond (CNC2*). Showjumpers from this damline include Sun Tzu (GP in USA), The Stranger (1.30m in Italy), Mucno Gem (1.30m), Carnival Cruise (1.30m), Thomascourt Hula (1.20m), Sunday Cruise (1.20m), Drumiller Hulla Hoop (1.20m) & Whiterock Cruzdam (1.20m in Italy).
